3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to: 

I) Provide accurate and complete project information.

II) Make timely payments as per the agreed quotation or invoice.

II) Cooperate during the development and review process.

4. Payment Terms

I) A non-refundable advance payment (usually 50%) is required to begin any project.

II) Remaining amount to be paid upon completion or as per milestone plan.

III) Any delay in payment may result in project hold or termination. 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

I) Once the project has started, refunds are not applicable unless otherwise specified.

II) If JDS Technology is unable to complete the project due to internal issues, a partial refund may be processed after review.

6. Intellectual Property

I) All intellectual property rights of completed projects will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

II) JDS Technology reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

JDS Technology respects your privacy and business confidentiality. Any information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without consent. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

JDS Technology shall not be held responsible for: 

I) Any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of our services.

II) Loss of data, revenue, or profit due to service interruptions or errors.

9. Modifications to Terms 

JDS Technology reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients are advised to check this page periodically.
