At JDS Technology, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions and services that meet our clients’ expectations. This JDS Technology Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted. 

1. Eligibility for Refund 

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

 I) The service/product was not delivered as promised.

 II) A technical issue, which is proven and reported within 7 days of service, prevents service functionality.

III) Duplicate or erroneous payment. 

2. Non-Refundable Items 

Refunds are not applicable for:

I) Custom software development once the project has started.

II) Website design and digital marketing services already rendered.

III) Domain registration, hosting, and third-party licenses.

IV) Delay in service due to client-side communication gaps or content delays.

3. Request Process

To request a refund:

I) Email us at jdstechonology@gmail.com with your invoice number and reason for the refund.

II) Valid requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.

III) If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

4. Policy Changes

JDS Technology reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.
